Sorry I have been sort of MIA...I am here I do read but I have been Swamped with work and have not had a chance to get on and say HI!

SO HI EVERYONE!

Hope I am finding everyone happy and healthy. Thought I would share a few pics..feel free to add your own pics if you want...I love to see everyones progresss.

I am almost 5 months post op... on July 19th will be that day. I can NOT believe it has been 5 months. I am doing really well. All healed up, I feel good, eating well (for the most part)... Today I am not imparting any advice just coming on to see how everyone is doing.

OMG Amazing job honey!! Hi!!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
