Many thanks for the guidance on my signature, now how do I obtain one of those cool looking slide rulers on my signature that shows weight lost etc

you should also practice getting this by using the SEARCH icon within the blue bar to the left of MESSAGES and MY ACCOUNT. Put in your inquiry and it will likely answer your question, much faster than waiting for a response to repeated questions.
