7 months post op ONEDERLAND and losing a human

Finally the stall is over weight loss again, HIT 199 this week and total loss of 130lbs ( a whole human being )...I feel great...sticking with exercise and food program is the key for me :)

I love my RNY!!

    Referred September 2012, HHRH Orientation December 2012, Meet with surgeon January 2013, Meet with and testing with Dr Glazer May 2013, PATTS July 4, 2013 - 325lbs, Surgery HRRH August 1st, 2013 - 299lbs, second surgery late August 2nd to drain fluid, Discharged August 5th - 294lbs, reached 1/2 way to goal at 16 wks, MOM of three kids, married for 13 years :)

Great job! My starting weight is the same as yours and I would be over the moon to see 199!!!

    

Surgery done by Dr Gmora at St. Joe's in Hamilton. Feb 3/14-- Pre opti weight: 327. Feb 19th --Day of Surgery weight: 308.  Current weight :175

      Have learned that I can't measure my journey only by what I've lost.  I've gained health and extra time on this earth ... that is most important
