Went and saw Monica today. She is looking good and doing very well. Her niece is up and walking and looks good. The operations went well for both of them. There is a chance she could get out tomorrow and if not tomorrow than Saturday. She say****o all of you

Thanks for the update! The recipient has a much easier time with this surgery. The donor has much more pain. I remember visiting between the two floors they were on in the hospital and my aunt (donor) was in so much more pain, while my mom was trying to figure out what juice to try first (she couldn't have juice for years on the strict diet she was on).

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
