Apparently they are in very few stores and select doctor's offices. They suggest that you call them to find out locations. As far as I've heard, no one sells in Upstate NY, but definitely call them to confirm.

I will do my "homework" over the weekend! So excited to.go away....can't wait to do some clothes shopping! I haven't bought anything new yet since losing weight.  I'm a thrift store shopper through and through!

Shopping for clothes in the States is so much fun, ESPECIALLY since you've lost so much weight! Have a fabulous time!

We are doing the thrift stores there as well :) on Wednesday they usually have fantastic sales at the salvation army one in Syracuse. This store is HUGE!! Excited just talking about it lol

Being in Canada, the shipping is quite expensive on Amazon. Cheaper to go directly to Chike.

I'm pretty sure there is caffeine in this, but double checking, anyone know if there is and if it's equivalent to a cup of coffee or?

Yes, it does contain caffeine, equivalent to a double espresso shot (according to the package).

Oh well forget that then. I'm still not drinking caffeine.  I've went this long why start now?
