Jamison Mint vitamin calcium chews

They are 350mg and have a combination of both citrate and carbonyl. Are the ok for us to take or shall i take them back? I got tired of taking the large horse pill and bought these without thinking. Any help will be greatly appreciated

Usually it will say how much of it is actually citrate. You have to take quite a few of them to get enough

Thanks. The label just summarized what ingredients where included but, didn't say how much. I'll probably take them back and resume with the horse pills, arrgg!!

Citrate is listed second, after carbonate, so I would say no, not likely great.
