Surgeon appt booked

Got called with my surgeon appt with Dr. Grantcharov!! March. 27!! Wi**** was earlier but glad it's booked!! Will find out my surgery date and buy my optifast that date!! Having surgery at St.mikes, anyone else had surgery here or with this doctor? One more step closer!! 

I had surgery at TWH but just wanted to say I am happy for your cause I know this appointment was a big deal for me too. Before you know it, you will be on the bench.

Great news.... the anxiety of waiting to see if you "qualify" without really knowing what will make the grade can be nasty.  Enjoy your journey and congratulations.

Fantastic news!!!  I stared June 1014 and have surgery scheduled for Feb 16th.  Love reading everyone's comments.  Congrats again on getting your appt booked!

Congratulations! March 27th is not all that far away, time will fly by. I understand your excitement about the Surgeon Appointment as I have had mine today over OTN with Dr. Urbach from TWH. He was great and really friendly, took the time to listen to my concerns and questions I had relayed from my other Doctors. Really makes you confident about the operation.

I was given my surgery date of April 13th! It may seem a long time away but I know it will be quick. I am just on cloud nine enjoying the thought of an actual date! It has taken a year as many has to get to this point.
