Pureed diet starts today!

Hello everyone. Today is my first day on the pureed diet and I was wondering if anyone can tell me somethings that they ate during this process. So far I've cooked some pureed chicken and I have some pureed sweet potato but I was looking for healthy low carb veggie ideas or maybe things you mixed with meat etc.

The only veggie I enjoyed Pureed was carrots.

I remember hard boiled eggs, chili, hummus. 

Try sauces, such as pureed salsa (mild, watch the spices) or tomato sauce.  Things with low sugar.
