I have heard good things about the Patch MD ones. But because of our dollar they are pretty expensive. Were you able to find ones in Canada?
I still haven't had my surgery yet but have been researching and found b12 dissolving strips. I bought some, seemed simple. I spent $15.00 for 30 strips at shoppers.
