Our Ottawa area coffee/tea gatherings have been a great success.... 
We got a chance to meet face to face. We shared some great incite & had some great laughs...

IN THE END WE ONLY REGRET CHANCES WE DIDN'T TAKE. 
I'm having abdominal cramps and vomiting today! First time post-op. Omg I feel so bad! Maybe the scrambled egg I tried did not agree. I hope a heating pad helps. I hate this feeling! I hope to make it to the next meeting! Take care Everyone.
