I'm at TWH and was told by the dietitian that they now do slimtime instead of optifast although the end couldn't give me a price (which was weird) so just wondering if anything has an idea of the cost per week ... and if it's by weight how many weeks you'd be on it? I'm over the 400lbs mark so I would assume 4 weeks I'd be on any liquid diet . Just tryna figure out cost haha
1 more sleep. For those interested, we have a lady bringing Tupperware. All purchases must be paid upfront and there will be draws for items!!!
There will be water and healthy snacks as well!!!
Hope you can make it. Please PM me if you need cell number or have any questions!!!

Good morning :)
My grandma and I are going to my great-aunt's grave today to replace the flowers and then I think we are going out for lunch. We were supposed to go to an open house tomorrow but I think it will depend on the weather.
QOTD: do you go out if it's raining (e.g. walking the dog, visiting tourist attractions, etc.)? I do not love being out in the rain (except playing in the rain). I'm a fairweather walker. I would rather reschedule lol.
Accountability: good other than protein bars. Ugh. I'm only at 3/5 of my May challenge pounds goal. At least it's going in th right direction!!
Post-op four years and two months.
Breakfast - protein shake
Snack - carrots and PB
Lunch - tbd
Snack - pepperette and cheese
Dinner - steak I think
Snack - SF pudding
All water and vits.
A while ago I was here seeking advice on how to go about getting an OHIP approved panniculectomy. It was a long, frustrating road, but I'm happy to tell you it's finally completed, along with an abdominoplasty, and I feel amazing!
For any of you contemplating the procedure, or those not sure how to start, I'd like to help.
I had a few misfires until I finally found Dr. Michael Kreidstein. He was an advocate for me when nobody else cared. Located in Toronto, he is talented, compassionate, diligent and likeable. If you need to start the process, please, start with him.
I look like a normal human being again, and at 55 years old, I wasn't sure that was possible for me.
