Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!
I am a side sleeper and I can feel my knees rubbing together - so I sometimes put a pillow between my legs to help. It also helps align the spine better I have been told. I hope the doctors can tell you what causes that ache.
How exciting! You must be so happy and ready to get it going. You can enjoy the holidays now and know you will be on a whole new path in the new year. Congratulations!!

Our visit with my grandmother went well last night. They all spoiled the little nugget with Christmas presents. Buying presents for kids is way more fun than adults. Today I'm taking the dogs to the spa ;) I want them to look all spiffy for the holidays. I will run a couple errands while they are there.

Post-op three years and nine months.
Breakfast 1 - oatmeal bites
Breakfast 2 - protein bar
Snack - Greek yogurt and blueberries
Lunch - chicken and something
Snack - trail mix
Dinner - chicken and veg
Snack - pudding
All water and vits.
Thanks Leslie-makes sense; I will mention it when I have my 3 month follow up too. I will just put up with it as its not too painful, more annoying - but so far this new life is so amazing - my son hugged me yesterday and said- wow, u have really lost weight!
AWESOME when a teenage noticed anything- lol
