Oh I am SW Ontario so not even close to Toronto. I'm sure there are probably lots to choose from in your area and I know some even provide childcare while you are working out if you find the right one.

I'm in East York. Around Main & Danforth. That's a great price especially if it includes the massage.
The one I am at is not a chain gym,,, just a local one and memberships start at 31.99/month. I chose the 39.99/ month one just to have the hydro massage since I never treat myself and that would be a great non-food reward. What area are you from?

Happy Friday ladies. Today has been a non-stop workday but I paused to get a post in.... last night was my 2nd session with the personal trainer - 1 hr but it flew by. I was sore from Wednesday nights session so now today I'm walking like an 80 year old. The plus side is that I'm enjoying it even though i'm sore and the scale is back on the move.:)
QOTD: I know nothing about Ferritin but just looked at my last lab result and mine says 93. I also have the VGS so I'm sure my readings would be different.
B - boiled egg, apple sauce
S - soda crackers, PB
L - chicken skewers
S - mushrooms I didn't eat yesterday
D - chicken stir-fry
S - 1/2 protein shake

My ferritin has been low in the past and I was told to take Feramax. It has helped a bit.
You dinner looks yummy.

Good morning :)
Today we have to take puppy #2 to get his ears checked -- I think he might have an infection or at least wax build up. He has very dark fur and I can't see in his ears very well.
Then I have a doctor's appointment. I want to ask about my ferritin. Most recently it came back at 13. I spoke with two people at the clinic (not my doctor though) who both said it was fine because the lab range is 5-272. I was under the impression that 13 would be considered quite low. All my other iron related numbers were fine though.
QOTD: what do you know about ferritin? Have you had any issues with it? This is the first time mine has been concerning to me.
Post-op four years and four months.

I do Optimum PC points too. Yesterday I went with DH to the grocery store. It was the first the first time in months. I held onto the cart and tried to make my strides longer. Small steps but it felt good to move.

Considering how much you lost and what is expected, it only seems normal for your body to stall at this point. It needs to self correct so that you aren't listing too fast. Just keep doing what you are doing and keep off the scale for a while.

Late poster but I'm here! Last night was a great night to walk so i did the extended version. Tonight is my first session with my personal trainer so that will be a little scary but I'm excited at the same time. HOT day for a swim Meg so I hope you are taking lots of sunscreen and a hat for the lil nugget.
QOTD: I too do the PC points and like that now you can get them at any Esso station on gas purchases.... that adds up pretty quick. I checked the other day when I bought something and noticed I have 360000 points so I'm going to use that on ME,,, perfume probably. ;)
