Topic: Salem BOST support meeting
Hi all,
A new month and we are in our new room. Next meeting Wednesday night 10-7-09 at 6pm. We are now in the Birthing Center Building D. Parking is available accross the street in the ER parking or the garage. Last meeting was great lets keep it up. (hopefully without the fire drill this time) haha.

Topic: so so dizzy!?!?!?!
off and on for the last few weeks i have been dizzy. its when i move positions or stand up or sit down. its driving me crazy. i know i am not dehydrated, i am drinking all and then some of my water. i am getting all my protein in too. today has been the worst so far. i also wake up every morning and my shoulders are asleep and all tingly. and i have a neck headache....i am a mess

The meeting starts at 6pm and the amount of people that varies. Spouses are allowed, too. Pam usually posts on OH a day or two before we meet, so be on the lookout.
It is hard to believe that it has been over a year since my surgery and I couldn't be happier. How are you doing?

Wow, you'ce done great with your weight loss. I remember when you were just having it.
What time are the meetings? Do many people attend? Do spouses go? I will plan to go on Wed, the 7th.

Hi Linda,
The Salem BOST meetings are the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month. The meetings takes place in the Birthing Center Building at Salem Hospital, room 3.
You will come in the main door, come down the hall to the right. At the end turn left and we are the first room on the right.

Hi Linda! Great to see you back! How's the loser's bench so far?
I think there is a group that meets mid-month that is open to anyone. I see a July and an Aug meeting notice, but nothing for Sept. I haven't yet gone myself but have been thinking about it.
