cheating on Opti ?

I'm not on Opti, but I have a week of full liquids before surgery. I'm on day 5. And I did cheat last night by accident. No don't roll your eyes, seriously. I went to take some meds and grabbed hubby's cup of water. Except it was koolaid, made with real sugar. Argh!! Luckily it was only a sip, but I felt so bad!
