I told some people about my Lap-Band port, and others who knew a port was involved, that it was a USB port.  And that I could directly connect to a computer, and even use myself as a thumbdrive to store files.  I had some believers. :)

Immediately after surgery it was suspected that I had leakage and after 3 days of being monitored I was transferred to a different hospital where it was discovered that I had, in fact, pneumonia and not leakage.  I had to have a CT and was given a contrast drink and found it absolutely delicious ... but I had not been gven anything to eat for four days!

just wanted to say I love your avatar. If MY past art classes have not failed me it is a Greek or Afracan fertility Godess !

"When we stop running away from the situation that is scary - that is the moment we discover how strong we really are. So, acknowledge your strength...rejoice in it...and start breathing in life, as the beautiful, strong soul (being) that you truly are." - Rachna Sirtaj.......Love & Peace

Sorry it's taken me so long to reply.  I was travelling and working and could not get to the Internet for fun stuff!

My avatar is the Venus of Willendorf - found in Lower Austria in the early 1900s.  As I live in Austria, and as I have the figure of Venus, it was an evident choice of avatar!!!!

Thanks for your lovely remarks though and I am glad you liked this over 20,000 year old fertility goddess.

That statue is know as the Venus of Willendorf and was discovered in southern Austria, but you got the the fertility Godess part right although more current research leans to calling it the woman of Willendorf because there is no proof it is tied to fertility rituals or beliefs.

LOL, when I had to have the contrast I asked the guy if it was chocolate flavor, he looked at me like I was crazy.

I kept falling asleep mid sentence when people were talking to me.
