menu:
B: protein shake
L: egg salad with cut up peppers
D: tbd going out for dinner with some of my cousins, and I haven't looked at the restaurant menu online yet. But I'm sure I'll have choices.

good morning menu friends. I am heading to the Dominican in April and need to shed about 5 pounds to get down to a comfy bathing suit weight. I need to be accountable from here on out.

S - Caramel apple pie greek yogurt
L - Homemade roast beef chef salad
S - buddig meat and cheese
D - Egg roll in a bowl

1 lb of Turkey sausage
Garlic
onions
I use cole slaw mix
sesame oil
low sodium soy sauce
low sodium chicken broth
Brown sausage first, cook onlions and garlic in pan you removed the sausage from, add the sausage back in with the sesame oil, add cole slaw mix , soy sauce and chicken broth and simmer.
Tastes like an egg roll with no wrapper....
