Good morning!!  It’s back to work today after a great birthday weekend!!!  It’s time to get back on track though.  I have gained about 6lbs since my unfill 3 weeks ago and I am determined to lose this without going back in for a fill.  I was miserable being so tight… so now I need to concentrate not so much on portion control but the snacking.  It’s getting really bad a work… I’m a stress eater!!!  What’s your plan for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

 

My plan…

Exercise: Ellipitcal this morning and 3 miles on the treadmill tonight

B:  Believe RTD

L: cream of poblano soup

D: mahi mahi with sweet pepper sauce

Snacks: ww ice cream cone

Good morning. I'm up 1 lb and have to get it off by my Wednesday weigh in for LHS Biggest Loser. I know I can do it. It's back on track for me too today. I slept late so will exercise when I get home. Here's my plan for today:

120 oz liquid
B protein latte
L 1 c Tijuana Pie
D crockpot chicken with quinoa
S Greek yogurt ONLY...no extra or other snacks!

L: Ham / asparagus
D: Steak / potatoes / mix veggit
S: Frozen banana slices / 100 - 200 cal snack
64 oz of liquid
excercise DVD

Dear Daily Plate Pals,

It's Monday and I've got a plan.  I need to do something different too, Paige.  I've been fighting the same 5 lbs for about a month now. 

My strategy:
- More OA Meetings
- Morning Exercise
- Let hubby do the bills/budget
- Log/Track Food Intake & Activity

Today's Plan:
- Connect w/ HP
- Vitamins
- Lots of Water
- Healthy Food choices/ Planned Eating

B - Protein Shake
L - 3oz. Turkey, 1oz. Cheese & 1 pk. Almonds
S - Stick of Cheese & SF Jello
D - ???

This battle never ends, THANK GOD, I have a tool.
