Good morning!!!  I'm slow moving today so I'm thinking a Starbucks might be order!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Plan:
B: Mocha light frap from Starbucks
L: Shrimp enchilada casserole
D: going out to eat for hubby's bday
Snacks: greek yogurt

Good morning Paige!  I'm still trying to get back in "work" mode.  Thankfully, I have Friday off!

B: low carb tortilla w/ scoop of peanut butter
S: carbmaster yogurt
L: salad w/ chicken
S: string cheese
D: pork chop/veggies
