Sunday Funday WLS Express

Good morning and all aboard!!! Its Sunday and it means FUNDAY because we can live it up today and still rest tomorrow!

Good morning! I am still tired but I slept really late for me- till 5:45am. That's because yesterday was 1 full day. We ended up going to Sam's, Jared to get my ring inspected and cleaned (have to each 6 months), Bath and Body Works for my lotion, and Michael's for fondant because I'm making -or attempting to at least- little peas in a pod cupcake toppers for my sister's baby shower because that's her theme. I have green skittles for the peas and I'm attempting to make the pods out of fondant. Wish me luck tomorrow as I attempt it!

Then, we came home and went BACK out and went to Walmart. We came home and cleaned the house top to bottom and were finishing just as Kathy B arrived to set up for the Mary Kay party.

So, I had 1/2 of a peach daquiri and I DUMPED! I haven't dumped in a LONG time and I'm not talking just feeling clammy and sweaty- I mean running to the bathroom 5 times, wanting to lay on the bathroom floor because its cool, sweating profusely dump. But I couldn't lay down-I was hosting a party! It was awful for about 30 minutes. My muscles ache still today from that.

What is everyone doing today??? We are heading to church and then later to my sisters for a cookout.

Ive been up since 615 - which was planned....
breakfast made for me to start the day off right
breathing treatment
laundry moved around
time for shower and off to church and praise team practice...

then on to work to 430 ...
come home and swim unless it "raining"

work on laundry more later and to bed early -  gotta be at 3rd job at 5am - 10am....(already committed and promised I'd be there).....holiday pay too?   yeah  I'll be there !!   I'm free after that - so  I can do that !!

I am up already this morning but plan to lay back down for a few before I start getting ready for the day.

Didn't do much yesterday, picked up DH ring and fits perfect now.  We will also have to get it inspected every 6 months sure hope I can remember to do it.

I am planning to go to SS this morning than I think the plan is to head up I-75 for some shopping and then on to Durant.

Good morning, ALISSA and all! Yep, being lazy again, out here in Johnson County..slept in till 0730..3 hours past my "normal"..and I liked it!!

The guys are finishing rearranging my bedroom furniture, then I'm going to some "domestic attacking" in there. It all started with a new bedspread...and created a monster (me!)...then hoping to move on to kitchen cabinets by time to get ready for friends' party at 5:30 I'm feeling to need to "downside", and get rid of crap I've been carting around and crammed into cabinets for 20+ years... it'll be like Christmas, cuz I guarantee you I have no idea what I even HAVE in the back of those cabinets!

They tell me it's COOLER outside today, which means I can go walking and be able to BREATHE at the SAME TIME!!

Hope everyone takes some time for THEMSELVES today-you are SOOOOOO worth the effort!!!

Good morning, or whats left of it. I'm hanging at Bens apartment. He and I are the only ones up. His roommates are nice young men. They have been very polite. I've tried to stay out of there way so I'm welcome every game weekend.

Tailgating will start around 1:00 pm and the game is at 6:30. It will be midnight before it's all over. We always go back to tailgating for a while after the game because traffic is so bad.

Here I am checking in...

Yesterday, I did go to the casino with a co-worker.  She is 70+, still working, and very active.  We both did okay with the casino.  And, had lunch at Paula Deen's place...yummy Shrimp & Grits!!!  I did all the driving as she doesnt drive any long distances at all.  The only problem we had was when we got back to my apartments.  My remote gate opener did NOT work, and I had left my cell phone in the apartment.  Luckily, they have a pedestrian gate which she was able to use to get to my apartment, and find my cell.  At least my apartment is very close to the gate.  I used the visitor gate where you call the person you are visiting, and was able to get in through the gate that way.  Couldnt have done this method without my cell.

So today, I am still dragging...with everything going on this week...I have been very busy.  Trying to figure out how the placement of my bedroom TV and the cable lines, etc. as I have been without TV all week.  Need to run to the store for wire shelving liner.
