Happy DW home safe from down South. Take her to DFW Friday though to go to Colorado.
Three hours of sitting on duff for two minutes on the stand yesterday. Not totally wasted trip. Sign interpreter was at jail yesterday so my defendant could be arraigned properly. He ratted out his codefendant. Have to finish warrants on him today. Word is he's turning himself in Friday. We shall see.
Have a Great Day!!
not much going on today. DH is doing well. sending him out on a couple short errands. Work is slow today.. So will be surfing the internet -- alot! I am waiting on a call from my Dr about the MRI. PCP wants to talk to my RA Dr before we do anything else. Hoping its all just a miss read !!! I really don't need any medical problems with DH still recovering.

Good Tuesday Everyone,
Can't believe that the week is passing by so quickly and that the school kids in my area get out today. We ALL have so very much in our lives to be grateful for everyday. Today and at this moment I am grateful for my morning coffee. I LOVE coffee. Before my WLS I rarely ever touched it....Now I can't function without at least 1 cup of coffee a day. I am grateful everyday of my life for the opportunities that a "new day" brings to my life. It always gives me a opportunity to make better food and exercise choices than the day before.....encourage others on this Lifelong journey to a better health......and just be a better person in general....so we ALL should be very grateful for these opportunities everyday when we wake up. Grateful for my family, friends, my faith in God and for God himself, grateful for prayers and for positive changes in my life and in my families lives. Grateful for all the things that since my WLS almost 9 yrs. ago that I can now do with ease that before WLS were only dreams. Grateful for my WLS and for my surgeon's bariatric team and staff. Grateful for Obesity Help who I got so many answers from other WLS patients during this journey. It's nice to be able to get advice from others who may have experienced what you are going through. Grateful for my journey and the ability to share with others. PLEASE share if you will what you are grateful for today and have a super blessed day !!!!
Hugs and blessings ~~ Vivian

MOTIVATIONAL QUOTE FOR TODAY.....
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world.

Good morning,
Nothing exciting going on in my world today. Worked till 8 last night so hoping I will be able to take a long lunch and run and get my hair cut.
DH is headed to OK this morning to meet with a lawyer regarding land his mother owned with her siblings. Lawyer happens to be in Durant so he plays to go to casino to play poker afterwards so I may be eating dinner alone tonight.
Scales showed nicer digits this morning.
Have a great day

Court this morning. Once again not my case but I got caught in some peripheral BS minutia that the defense team is trying to exploit to the benefit of their client. Guy is on ankle monitor and it malfunctioned. Community Supervision asked us to go check on him and have him contact them. No response at residence. Prosecution wants bond/ankle monitoring revoked and guy reprimanded to custody till case(s) are adjudicated but defense is saying leave him as it is. While the people watching in the Court House can be quite interesting at times I got too much to do to be ******g away time waiting to be called to the stand. That is IF I get called to the stand.
Knocked out the riding mower part of the yard work when I got home yesterday. Plan is to do push mowing etc today when I get in. Nice little work out.
It's getting warmer - hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
