Had a busy weekend. Had a good time at support group Christmas party. Went down an seen Dad as well. I am off again today and plan to finish up my Christmas shopping.

Christmas will be here before we know it. Hope everyone is ready for a great and busy week. Mine is going to be filled with Dr. visits for myself and my hubby and lots of other things. Today I am grateful for support groups and encouragement that goes on in these meetings, family and friends, my health and weight loss surgery. Grateful for second chances in all areas of our lives and that God loves us and wants us to prosper and do well in life. Grateful for my faith in God and my church family. Grateful for forgiveness and love of others. Grateful for life. PLEASE share if you will what you are grateful for today and have a blessed day.

Survived clinic Christmas party and granddaughter's birthday party without too much harm being done.
Went to bed when it looked like the Cowboys were going to blow a 21 point lead but wake up this morning to hear that they won! 
Indianapolis should not be an issue next week.
Work and some exercise are today's docket.

Hi everyone! DH is sick with a "head cold". So last night wasn't so good. Work today, till 4. taking off a little early to head up to OKLA (without DH) for a extended family Christmas party. Coming back Sat afternoon.. need to get some Christmas shopping done. Hope everyone has a good weekend... Brenda

Good Friday Everyone,
Can't believe it is now less than 2 weeks till Christmas. This year has sure flown by quickly. We have so very much in our lives to be grateful for everyday. Today and everyday I am so grateful for my faith in God and for God in my life. SO grateful for the family that God has given me even though one of my son's is having issues at the moment due to his choices in life. I know that God is going to work this situation out for his good. Grateful for support groups, my WLS, friends and family, Obesity Help and all the amazing forums and the people answering questions and helping out others everyday. Grateful for all that I can do since my WLS 9 yrs ago. Please share if you will what you are grateful for today and have a blessed weekend.
