Good Monday Everyone,
I really missed posting this past week. I had a great time on my cruise but it's always great to come home and now to get the weight off I gained eating all the rich foods on the ship. I am so grateful for getting time away and resting. Grateful for my WLS, OH, my family and friends. My Support Group and all the encouragement from others. Grateful that I met some amazing people on the ship and connected with so many of them. Grateful for my health and most of all grateful for God in my life and answered prayers. Please share if you will what your grateful for today and have a blessed day.

Goal for weight to always start with 11*
At Goal - maintaining between 115 - 119
I haven't done it yet but the thought has sure enough crossed my mind! 
Reminds me think we have to qualify this week.
Work and walk today. Was below red line Friday but over this AM.
Be glad when Vivian is back and starts posting again.
Go do your thing and make sure you have plenty of firewood!
Today is work, dinner out with friends. No real plans for the weekend. Need to go grocery shopping & do a little cleaning. Hope everyone has a great weekend planned, before the cold weather hits..brenda

Got a new phone yesterday and trying to figure out everything. Busy weekend ahead, have to sign in tomorrow and verify a few things before I head to support group and than have baby shower. Sunday church and painting with a twist.

Nothing exciting from here. Work today and chillaxing at the house this weekend.

Scale barely displayed digits under the redline, If I inhaled would probably hit the redline.

Half day at in-service and half day at work. Try and get on contraption this afternoon.

Ok, the rain was nice, but I'm ready for it to go away...I'm cold. Pulled my heater out of storage yesterday here at work. Work is slow. Hope it picks up soon. Scales aren't liking me at all. Have 2 Dr. appts next week, will be talking to Docs about the meds I'm taking. Thinking they are part of the problem. Hope everyone has a good day. Stay safe if you are out on the roads. Brenda
