Damn you bothersome lil Protein!
I still do at least one shake a day which I was going to have mine for dinner. Then had some rib eye instead. I had bought carbsmart ice-cream bars and planned to have one after dinner (I have yet to have one)
… So much for that!!!! I have to get my protein in so my late night shake will take the place of the ice cream…. not that I am even allowed snacks but Im PMSing and was planning on being bad! Damn you nutritional needs and your interference in my good time!

Lordy do I remember how you feel. I can remember early on staring at a half finished glass of protein drink and thinking how in the heck am I gonna get this down. Even now at 16 months I still add up my protein at the end of the day and if its not enough I know I am having a hot coco protein drink to wash down my calcium and fish oil pills. One thing about living in a cool damp climate and having dumped 125 lbs I am cold more often and therefore am not interested in ice cream. Too chilling. Summer is a different story.......
But ya know what? Get that protein in and later on you will be really glad you followed your rules and get your weight off. Diane

p.s. people will disagree with me but I think getting my protein quota daily from very early on kept me from having more than minimal hair loss. So think about your "do" when hesitating on protein. Diane
