I have always been a fan of cheese, and recently I have been trying out new cheeses. This week i am loving Edam cheese, last week I was baking Brie. I even bought a kit to start making my own goat cheese.

I am loving my sleeve, and love the fact that cheese is such a great source of calcium and protein.

Wow, you've lost as much weight as me in much less time, congrats!  I too love cheese but think it may be a reason my weight is stalling?

We were watching "Fathead" last night, its a documentary that was in response to "Super Size Me" and they talked about how full fat is actually best for the human diet. And that a high protein, high fat diet is the way to go. It was pretty interesting!

How many ounces do you both eat at meal times?  Also how many times a day?

Depends on the day, but usually an ounce for snack and maybe another before bed. And then I may have cheese with lunch or dinner, depending on what I'm making. I am averaging 650 calories and 70 oz of protein a day.

Cheese definitely has a place in our diets!  We can't eat much, so there isn't much danger in overstuffing.  Great source of calcium and protein - but be careful you don't eat it too often in one day.  You don't want to clog things up, if you know what I mean.
