Yum Strip steak my fovorite cut of steak, better than filet to me. I have been using my new Sharper Imager Flavor Wave Oven to grill fish and meats. I love it!!

I had Caprese salad last night too, only used Romas. I threw in a slice of avocado too. My husband asked for seconds, and he rarely does that. Lots of good olive oil, salt, freshly ground pepper. oh yum yum. When I was on South Beach I remember reading we need about 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil every day to protect our hearts. I have never felt guilty about eating olive oil since then.
