Go lift an 80 pound sack of dog food and you will see how much hard work you have done this last year.  You have the most incredibly beautiful skin--it looks like pure peaches and cream.  I think you look fantastic--and your diseases have gone bye bye.  You deserve great praise.

Awww...thank you! About the sack of dog food...when I'm at Sam's Club I like finding things that weigh alot to see if I can pick them up! It always blows my mind that I can barely lift a 50 lb bag and yet I carried that and more on my frame.

Sue,

I think you look fabulous..and so much younger!  You should be so proud.  You and I are only days apart on our surgery date.  I too am not the fasted loser (It is so hard not to compare to the rate of others) but I  am so thankful for this tool.  I keep telling myself it is not a race and if it takes alittle longer to get to goal then so be it.  WE will get there!!  This is a journey...and these are lifetime changes that we have made.  . I have never lost this much weight before and therefore I am so thankful for my tool!   Good luck on the rest of your journey!

Thanks Patty! You are so right about this not being a race! Even if it was...slow and steady wins the race! ;-)

You look fabulous, don't ever doubt that or feel bad that you haven't made it farther...yet.  Our hubbys were sleeved around the same time and it is hard to see the fat melt off them while we are a bit slower. Atleast it is for me. Especially since he is already trying to be naughty and eat things he shouldn't!

Thank you! I had to laugh about your hubby trying to be naughty...mine is doing the same thing!
