Excersize Accountabilty Post

I love this daily post and if I cant find it....I start it!

Today I ran 3 miles in 36 minutes without stopping or walking....
Then I did a set of push ups...that was it.

 I am just getting over being sick, I did week 6, day 1 of the C25K outside today and it was kind of a bust b/c I still can't really breath though my nose. I got though it, but my time suffered. 4 miles total in less then an hour.

Nice workout!

I managed 2 hours on my bike and 1.5 hours of kyaking and a short swim. I'm totally spent now.

You are a Goddess.  I can't even catch my breath looking at your activity today.  Just looking at it mind you.  I'm all tired out just thinking about it.  Good Lord.

Hubby made me take the day off from the gym.  I must have really pulled something yesterday!  I have pain from the right front of my chest straight through to my back right shoulder blade.  Can't cough or sneeze or hardly move my right arm with the pain.  Plan to go tomorrow to at least do my cardio.  Maybe that will help loosen it up a bit.

I feel bad because I couldn't get there last night (didn't finish up at wor****il about 8:30pm and was POOPED) and then today when I could get to the gym I crashed on the bed and took a two hour nap instead! Then I just didn't make the time to go later on...

I plan to go in the morning. I always feel cranky and irritable when I don't at least take a walk.
