Yes - that's what I was thinking as well!! I really am excited to try it but not at this stage!! No sacrificial eating - lol!! Thanks for letting us know how great it is!! I do wanna try my homemade mac 'n' cheese recipe with cauliflower?!? I thought it might taste just as good but not sure what to do with the cauliflower. Cook? Blanch? I will try it one day :)

made some awesome chicken I got off the 5 day pouch test the other night..marinate chicken breast in fat ffree italian dressing - I left it in dressing in fridge for about an hour - could go longer for more flavor...flatten (I didn't cause mine were pretty then as it was), then dredge in italian style bread crumbs...wrap around 1 piece of low fat string chese and drizzle with olive oil then bake @ 400* for 30 minutes, flipping after 15 mins

I know the chicken breast has 30+ grams of protein...not sure on the other nutritional info but it was good and 1 piece totally filled me up...even my co worker who is not a wls patient ate some for lunch with me the next day and LOVED it...
