I like to share this diet I found on the www
http://www.northwestobesitysurgery.com/pdf/sleeve-gastrectom y-diet.pdf
for me that what ever I eat i have to trowup, don't know if that will work, i think ill keep on my heavy liquid diet for now,
The diet itself is much like a lot that I've seen...the length of time on pureed foods is much longer than I've heard of before. Mine was 2 or 3 weeks. The tips in there are good. The biggest thing that most learn the hard way is that you really have to take tiny bites and chew thoroughly, especially early on or you are likely to be sick.
I always share these links, the first one is Dr Cirangle who has been doing this surgery i believe the longest here in the good ol USofA the one you list is the stricter of the three (I'm pretty sure) :o)
