For the ladies - AF question
I know it's normal, but I just need someone to tell me it's normal. I'm having my first AF since surgery, almost 2.5 weeks ago. I haven't lost any weight all week and have actually gone up half a pound. I'm getting all my fluids. I've been exercising every day. I'm on full liquids, track everything, get at least 70g of protein. It's normal, right? It will even out? I know I sound insane, I just need to know someone else's experience. I can't down a glass of wine or eat a piece of dark chocolate or smoke a cigarette, so I feel a little at loose ends
It's normal sweetie! You just had major surgery and your body is totally whacked out...this too shall pass. It's okay. Deep breath! No wine, chocolate or cigarette's gonna make AF go away. Put on some music, sing and dance, cuz you are doing all the right things. {{{Hugs}}} for your frustrations...

You must permanently change your lifestyle if you want your weight loss to be permanent. You can do it!
So very normal!! I went up 2 lbs and stayed there for 10 days. It'll get better. This time I went up the 2 lbs but lost it and then some 3 days later. You'll find your groove. Heck that's now I new I was going to start this time. I weigh myself in the morning and Tuesday morning I was up 2 lbs. Glad I planned ahead because I started at the gym.
This evil condition has made my scale go up 6 freaking lbs. 2 sounds great about now!!
It's totally normal.
Weight loss = down, up, down, up, plateau, down, up, down, plateau, up, up, down....lol.

Nope, I have no issue with period or menstruation or crimson wave or whatever you want to call it, but it's typically referred to as AF on boards.
Thanks guys. I really appreciate it. I'm on a flipping emotional roller coaster this week, and I just needed someone else to be rational for me.
