S - Laughing Cow Light Queso Fresco (very tasty)

L - Sausage and Peppers

S - Turkey Jerky

D - Korean BBQ (no sugar) and some sauted cabbage

S - Sugar Free Pudding (Key Lime Pie)

W - On Track (shooting for 1 gallon today)

V - Yep

E - Full Body Strength Training tonight

G - Got a little extra sleep over the weekend, did good on veggies, got good exercise, snacked - so good on goals

Happy Monday! I fit easily into size 8 skinny pants today! Who does that? Not me, until today!!!

B: choc peanut butter protein shake

L: homemade chili with beans and lean ground beef

D: salmon and sugar snap peas

S: 2 oz lean ground beef patty grilled maybe?

Water- 14 cups these days!

Vits need my B complex tonight

Walking treadmill tonight

I bought size 16 pants this week because my size 22's were almost falling down!

B:  3 oz rotisserie chicken

S:  1/2 cup cottage cheese

L:  3 oz rotisserie chicken, 5 spears asparagus

s:  string cheese

D:  not sure my daughter get to pick since she leaves for boot camp tomorrow

exercise:  30 minutes treadmill tonight

L: 2oz Fage Total 0% plain greek yogurt

D: Pure Protein Plus French Vanilla: 8oz

S: 2oz Cream of Mushroom soup, 98% FF

W: 5 cups so far

Vitamin: 2 down, 1 to go

E: Not released yet...

B: Coffee and a couple bites of Chobani non fat greek yogurt pomegranate. The seeds were really really hard. So I threw it out.

L: 1/2 of a small wendys chili with cheese a tbs of light sour cream

D: 3oz of grilled chicken and a few bites of broccoli
