Was just wondering.....fusion vitamins says 1 tablet 3 times a day. Has anyone taken more than one at at time? Can we not absorb more than one at a time? Just curious what you guys think.

My doc wants me to take various vitamins because we otherwise wouldn't absorb enough of it at one time.

Take as directed for absorption reasons and/or how your doctor prescribes them.  Don't take calcium and iron within 2 hours of each other also.

No question is dumb. I take several pills at a time and everything works fine. However, you should consult your doctor before taking more than is recommended.

My program has me taking 4 Bariatric Fusion a day.  2 in the morning and 2 in the evening.  They recommend 4 to increase the calcium.  But we do take them 2 at a time.  I just had my 6 month blood work done, and my levels were all good.

best wishes,

Carol

I always take my calcium and bs in the morning and spread out the multi vitamins the rest of the day. Some days I forget that last multi vitamin before bed, so I thought I might take it with one of my other multi vitamin doses. Dr office says I only really need two tablets, but I would really like to follow the vitamin directions atleast until my first blood work up. Thanks for all the advise.
