W - Slow today but on track

V - not yet

E - Orange Theory this morning

Well you already know I didn't behave during the holidays..but I'm back at it!!

B: piece of crustless broccoli quiche 

L: haven't had it yet but will be either 2oz turkey or lite and fit Greek 

D: portabella stuffed chicken

S: protein shake

W: 8/16

V: on track

Happy New Year Everyone New Day New Begining

B: Click Protein drink  (gross wont be having this again lol )

S boil egg, Green tea working on getting in my  4 cups of green tea per day for fat burning

L: 2oz of Filet Mignon single serving broccoli trying to add back veggie in my diet

S: Isopure alpine punch going for  100 grams of protein per day

D: Black eyes peas with  3 oz of ham

V: all done

W:  48 oz so far maybe I should count my tea

E: 10,000 steps on my fitbit climbed 5 flight of stairs already , will do  30 min elliptical , and  30 min walking at lunch

196 lbs today I will lose some weight this week enough of this cookie stall. Yesterday I tossed any remaining holiday treats in my house in the trash

Hot tea, cold tea, camomile tea, mint tea, SleepyTime tea, (I feel a bit like Forrest Gump..lol) - I picked up Diet Peach Snapple and Chai tea bags while I was out today...so looking forward to that bit of variety

3 or 4 different flavors of Crystal lite...

Liquid tylenol

Trying very hard to sip almost non-stop today, because the stomach virus has emptied me out repeatedly today (no vomiting though thank god!) 

I'm so ready for protein shakes :)

Holiday are a blurr to me, Didn't behave totally but got on the scales today, and hadn't gained anything. But have to  say didn't feel good alot of the holiday, Thinking it was the carbs and sugar. Back to basics today.

B: Unjury choc. shake

s: cherry greek yogurt 100 cal.

L 2.25 oz. baked chicken tenders 1/4 vegs.'

D: pork chop w/ saurkraut yumm. yesterdays left overs.

W: on track,

vit.: on track,

ex-may shovel tonight. will do some type of exercise.

Hi Everyone,

Happy New Year. 

Breakfast - meatballs, parmesan cheese and roasted cauliflower with balsamic vinegar. (yum)

Lunch - ham and green bean casserole ( yum again)

Dinner - cabbage and ground beef casserole ( triple yum!)

Vitamins - done

Water - 4 out of 6 - sigh

Exercise - lots of energy - I'm going to up my minutes on the recumbent bike!

Its amazing how I've come to enjoy my low carb, low calorie cooking.  I look forward to my tiny 3 ounce meals!

S - Greek yogurt with wheat germ

F - on track

V - done

P - 90 plus

E - 30 min run and 60 min Barbell class

 

keith or anyone....what are your thoughts on wheat germ?  1 Tbsp = 4 carbs and 2 protein
