S boil egg, Green tea working on getting in my 4 cups of green tea per day for fat burning
L: 2oz of Filet Mignon single serving broccoli trying to add back veggie in my diet
S: Isopure alpine punch going for 100 grams of protein per day
D: Black eyes peas with 3 oz of ham
V: all done
W: 48 oz so far maybe I should count my tea
E: 10,000 steps on my fitbit climbed 5 flight of stairs already , will do 30 min elliptical , and 30 min walking at lunch
196 lbs today I will lose some weight this week enough of this cookie stall. Yesterday I tossed any remaining holiday treats in my house in the trash
B: crustless sausage quiche
L: 2 slices of turkey with dill pickles
D: Mini meatball stew with a green salad
S: 5 crackers with potted meat
water/vitamins: on track

Hot tea, cold tea, camomile tea, mint tea, SleepyTime tea, (I feel a bit like Forrest Gump..lol) - I picked up Diet Peach Snapple and Chai tea bags while I was out today...so looking forward to that bit of variety
3 or 4 different flavors of Crystal lite...
Liquid tylenol
Trying very hard to sip almost non-stop today, because the stomach virus has emptied me out repeatedly today (no vomiting though thank god!)
I'm so ready for protein shakes :)

Holiday are a blurr to me, Didn't behave totally but got on the scales today, and hadn't gained anything. But have to say didn't feel good alot of the holiday, Thinking it was the carbs and sugar. Back to basics today.

L 2.25 oz. baked chicken tenders 1/4 vegs.'
D: pork chop w/ saurkraut yumm. yesterdays left overs.

Breakfast - meatballs, parmesan cheese and roasted cauliflower with balsamic vinegar. (yum)
Lunch - ham and green bean casserole ( yum again)
Dinner - cabbage and ground beef casserole ( triple yum!)
Vitamins - done
Water - 4 out of 6 - sigh
Exercise - lots of energy - I'm going to up my minutes on the recumbent bike!
Its amazing how I've come to enjoy my low carb, low calorie cooking. I look forward to my tiny 3 ounce meals!
