Back then I was 700-750...

B - 2 eggs with small amount of shreddded cheese, 1 turkey bacon or 1/4 cup diced ham

L - 3 ounces of salmon plus 1/2 cup of veggies

A - 3 ounces of salmon plus veggies if up to it, but I really skipped the veggies here most days

D - 3 ounces of salmon, 2 tbls hummus, 1 laughing cow cheese wedge, 3 ritz crackers (for the cheese)

+All the water I could manage between meals

Did that for many months straight until I reach goal, afterwards I modified it only slightly and add nuts and fruits at certain points.

Where did you get those pictures in your signature? They are so cute. I can't help you with what you are eating since I am not sleeved yet but I am very excited to read replies.

At about 8 weeks post op, I was eating about 2 ounces per meal.  My calories were in the 500 to 600 cals per day range.  So Id say its very similar to where you are now.  the amount I could eat increased slowly over time.  At that time, my typical meal was 2 ounces of chicken or chicken salad, one sea scallop, or 2 ounces of salmon, or a slice of deli turkey wrapped around a cheese stick, or a part of a chicken sausage, etc.  All protein.  Veggies came quite a bit later.

best of luck,

Carol

My calories average about 600/day, 20-25 carbs, 60-75 protein,  and about 80oz water/day.

My meals consist of about 2oz protein,  sometimes a bite of veggie. Yesterday I had 1/2 chicken sausage with sauce,  onion and mushroom. Or 2 slices deli meat and 1 slice cheese. Maybe a chicken drumstick. Or a meatball. I even had a small salad with some turkey pepperoni and hard boiled egg.
