Today is a GORGEOUS day here!  We had a thunderstorm last night and everything is lush and beautiful today as a result of the extra rain!  Of course, pollen is out in full force too, but this is the price we pay for nature, eh?  I'll be enjoying an afternoon outside at a local celtic festival with two of my best friends.  I haven't seen them in 30 pounds, so it'll be interesting to see what they say.  (They know I had surgery.)

I had my first monthly massage since surgery yesterday and my therapist commented on the changes in my body.  If anyone would be the first to notice them, it would be here, right?  :D  I'm a pound away from 50 lost this year and I'm feeling amazing about life.

B: 2 cheese sticks wrapped with 1.5 slices of prosciutto each.  I ate 1 and a half before my body said "nope!"

S: Frankenshake!  (protein powder, 1T collagen, 2T benefiber)  I dropped the Miralax to see how my bowels would work and they've been working super well.  I'll keep the fiber since I'm not getting any other fiber in my diet right now!

L/D: NO IDEA.  I don't know what this festival will entail, I'm taking a tuna pouch and a fork as well as my vits.  I believe we're going out to dinner together afterward, so my intention is to not eat until dinner and then probably have a FroYo Protein Popsicle before bed after I get home.  But we'll see.  This is one of those situations I can't plan for ahead of time!

Water and vitamins: On track!

Exercise: Just the walking around at the festival.  And the grocery store walking which totally counts, right? ;)

Have fun at the festival.  It is pretty nice in Chicago too.  I was planning a bike ride and a picnic this afternoon, but my son is having a bloody nose from hell!  We might have to pu**** out until tomorrow.  I have lots of projects around the house to keep us busy.
