Happy 4th of July to the Americans among us! I'll be doing the celebratory grilling tomorrow with some local friends visiting. Today, though, I'm just relaxing and catching up on all the TV shows that have been building up on the DVR. I'm really looking forward to the relaxation!

water and vites: on track. I actually unpacked my vites today and will start taking them again. Finally. :P
exercise: walk with R - longest walk yet!! 3.4 miles in an hour and 15 minutes :D It was a lovely walk and super lovely weather.

Happy 4th. I got stuck at the airport for 5 hours yesterday and my will power beat me. I goth more last night and have made it back to the east coast this morning with my son to visit my parents for the weekend. Woohoo!

Happy 4th! I have the apartment to myself today with one of my doggies. Hubby went to go visit his family and took the pup... I elected not to go for reasons I won't go into now. Anyway, I am just hanging out with my older dog. I am in the mood to cook today, so I am trying new recipes. I woke up super late today, I am trying to fight off a cold, so I am a bit behind on everything.
