Whatcha eating today VSGers...Tuesday!!

Today is a day to get ready for the rest of the week.  I'm heading back up to PA to be with my parents tomorrow through Friday, and, of course, tomorrow morning is filled with running around all over the place.. so today I've got to do everything else so that I'm ready for my trip north.  (At the moment I'm watching MasterChef.  Which is totally productive, right?!)  

My dad is seeing the oncologist on Thursday - he's doing a lot better than he was last week when I was up there, but could still use my help for the end of the week and I want to be at the oncology appointment so I can hear his results first hand!  Plus it means I'll get to have lunch with my mom at her office on Friday, which is always a fun time.  :D

1: frankenshake + miralax (I feel like I haven't had good poops the last few days in the morning.)
2: greek chicken salad
3: greek chicken salad (I love this stuff and always want more than my teeny stomach will allow!)
4: szechuan eggplant and pork stir-fry

water and vites: on track
exercise: 60 minutes yoga class

OMG, if I forgot my scale after the debacle of last week, I would just die of shame :P  It's near the door so I'd better not forget it!!  And I have added it to my packing list RIGHT NOW.  

Luckily this time I'll only be there for 2 nights versus the 5 I was there last week.  And my mom and I will get an awesome walk in on Thursday, I hope!  Maybe we'll even be able to talk my dad into joining us.

L 1/2 chicken cordon blue 1 cauliflower cheese patty

S greek yogurt

D not sure yet- I have a date but I will make good choices!

S not sure - depends how I did for dinner I may have a half a shake

Liquids- at least 50oz in so far, gotta love peeing every 15 minutes!

Exercise: tonight I may do some abs/legs at home

Gwen - I hope everything goes well this week for your father.  Enjoy the walks with your mom :)

I'm a bit crazy excited today.  My sister is having her baby and I'm trying not to race off to the airport, so I can go see her!  I'll do that next week.
