I'm going over to the house of some friends for dinner tonight, so I'm not sure at all what I'll be eating.  But I know I'll make good choices and that it'll be a lot of fun.  I volunteered the carb side dish - yum potatoes.  

And a funny story - I ordered a sports bra from Lane Bryant in my current size, which is 38H, and they sent a 44H instead.  I tried it on, just to see, and I was SWIMMING in it.  Thanks, LB!  :P

4: unclear - I'll be taking twice baked potatoes (made with smaller potatoes from the farmers market so I might have a chance of eating one!)

water and vites: on track (and vites set up for the next two weeks! My new multi is super smelly so my setup method is even better now since it helps the smell dissipate some by the time I take things.)

B- Special K protein cereal and skim milk

L- chicken nuggets- found these that are 150 calories for 5. , 16 grams of protein and only 4 carbs. It weighed out to 3.2 ounces but I couldn't finish the last one. 

D-steak with fajita veggies and mango salsa.

What a day today.  I did a sprint triathlon with my parents.  My 69 yo dad biked 20mph and my 65 yo mom swam like a champ.  I ran my little butt off - holy moly there were some serious off road hills!

im headed to the airport in about an hour.  I'm starting my new job tomorrow, so hopefully I get home without incident.  I'm super nervous & excited for my first day tomorrow :)

Still on clear liquids so today I've had almost half of my water and now moving on to some sugar free jello. Was able to get up and take afew laps around the house too so I think I'm in pretty good shape.

I worked the whole weekend ... Today was inventory ughhhhhh ... had to count almost 5 million in gold and diamonds !!!  I think my store did very well!!!! Yea!!!! Crossing my fingers!!! I really need a day off!!! Have to wait till Thursday!!!

I tried a new recipe this morning but tweaked it a little. 

B - blueberry gluten free protein coffee cake. 2 oz with a drizzle of sugar free maple syrup

S - lite string cheese

L - oven roasted chicken 1.5 oz with .5 oz of white American cheese

S- sugar free fudge pop-

D- I have no idea

water and vitamins on track.

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - bourbon steak tips and mixed veggie (yum)

Dinner - pot roast and mashed cauliflower

I didn't add my "extra meal" because I had lunch out and I'm sure I consumed an extra 100 calories then.
