I ran outside for the first time ever today. And I didn't die! Any exercise I survive is good exercise.
1: frankenshake
2: tomato, mozzarella, white bean salad
3: smoked ribs w/ roasted acorn squash w/ bbq sauce
water and vites: on track
exercise: My first ever outside run - 46:13 minutes for a total of 2.21 miles. 55 minutes yoga - 30 mins intermediate stretches for runners, 15 mins twist & align for back pain, 10 min guided relaxation

Running outside is definitely a different beast than the treadmill. I find it more enjoyable, but definitely typically run slower.

vitamins: 1/2 now and 1/2 later
i'm trying to get back on track after vacation. it's a lot harder this time around than when I first started back in 2011

lunch - went to chili's with the kids and had half of a pork carnita fajita without the tortilla
dinner - stuffed green peppers and cucumber salad

exercise - took a walk at the local state park and will do a little recumbent bike later

It's been a hectic weekend for me trying to get things prepared for my son's football game today and hair appointments, etc. My son's high school football team played on ESPN2 today and won. Yay!!!
