Almost 9 months out and feel hungry sooner after I eat
I am almost 9 months out and my plan calls for me to eat every 3 or so hours. I have been doing that and getting in my fluids however I get hungry sooner then I should. Like today I have already had 72oz of water and I ate an egg and a piece of wheat toast for breakfast at around 8 but then by 945 I was hungry. Not just head hunger either. Anyone else have that problem ?

What, exactly are you eating? Can you switch to denser foods that might keep you sated for longer? Like chicken breast and steak?
Are you taking a PPI?

Acid can mimic hunger, so it might be worth taking one and seeing if it mitigates your hunger at all.

One good thing to remember is hunger is not a bad thing. You do not need to respond to it right away.
I get hungry sometimes (it is different day to day), but I try to wait until it is time. Being hungry is normal - it doesn't mean you need to eat right this second.

This is a really good point. Hunger used to be an emergency for me. Now it's more like, "Yeah, I'll get around to it."

In my experience, yes, it can. It might be worth taking for 2 weeks, just to see if anything changes.
