Halloween question?
Dumping is pretty uncommon for VSGers, so I don't know why you'd be scared to death of it.
But, I don't think of it as a reward. Just part of a good life. Occasionally something sweet is nice, and I'd rather have the real thing than some paltry imitation. But, again, I'm in the "moderation is a good thing" school of thought.

I don't have an issue with moderation I just think its to early to indulge I could be wrong, but that's just how I feel. The way I see it is I can indulge in such things when I reach goal.
That's some solid thinking !!!!!

If I am brutally honest with myself, I do have an issue with moderation. It's how I got to be 100+ pounds overweight. I can and have justified having 1 piece or slice of something, then another wouldn't hurt, right? and before I know it, whoosh the entire bag is gone. So I just avoid it.. In time, maybe I can indulge. I brought candy I didn't care for the day of and the last few trick or treater's got handfuls of candy to get rid of it lol :)
I have a 86%dark chocolate square regularly. 5 grams of sugar and all the satisfaction I need from sugar.
