Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? -- Monday
It's Monday! I spent my weekend being very, very cold and, apparently, I eat when I'm cold. Who knew. Especially hot chocolate. I'm very happy to be back in my warm home. The whole being cold thing is the #1 downside to weight loss for me right now. I hope my body gets used to it in a few years or something.
I haven't planned meals for the week yet, so I don't actually know what I'm doing for dinner. I'll figure it out after yoga.
