I had another sleepless night and resorted to the comfort of humus and crackers again.  sigh - and of course my weight was up by 3 pounds today - those carbs cause me to retain water.  So back to the drawing board...

B: salmon

Lunch - buffalo chicken

Lunch2 - crustless mushroom quiche

Dinner - sloppy joes

water - ok

vitamins - on track

exercise - recumbent bike

I'm the same with carbs making me hold on to water.  And my comfort is Skinny Pop.  I love and hate it.

Our lives are a drawing board, aren't they?
