None whatsoever! My only regret is I waited so long to get the surgery. I've come to know more of my eating habits, good and bad, more from this than ever. Obviously don't have the surgery if you're not ready. Definitely not something to take lightly but again, I'm so happy I did it.

I don't know where all everyone is from, but I'm in Alaska and I'm just looking to see if anyone else has had VSG up here. I'm consulting with Dr. Todd next month and am trying to find out as much as I can about him also.

This soon out from surgery I honestly had no appetite. And I was taking the premier protein shakes. I hated them and they would make me gag. It could be head hunger you are experiencing...or excessive acid like others are saying. I will say this tho..in a few weeks when you are on puree stage and you begin trying things.. you will start to feel it..even something like Greek yogurt will make your sleeve feel like a tornado is going on in there.

I get cravings for something sweet but I gave up sugar. If I have a sweet craving I will have something sugar free or no sugar added.
