Can you help me? Can you tell me how to get through the rest of my day? I just feel like I have to startve myself now, to get over what I had done the night before, so what do I do now? HELP?

Don't starve yourself, that's what the "old" you would've done, right? Just start your day with a meal of healthy, appropriate choices and continue on with your day. Don't dwell on yesterday. I know it is so hard not to punish yourself for a bad food choice, and I'm working hard at learning to just get over it and let go. For me, one bad choice can lead to a few days of several bad food choices...I think it's the guilt and my punishment to myself. It's much better to forgive, forget, and move on. Hope you have a great day! Julie

Starving yourself is an even worse idea than eating the cinnamon roll. You NEED to eat. Just avoid some carbs, get your protein in and drink your water...there's no point in punishing yourself...if anything, that will end up backfiring on you.
Stop beating yourself up for being human. If everyone made the right choices ALL the time, we'd be living in a perfect world, well perfection is boring. You feel you made a mistake...ok...now just move on and do better by yourself...treat yourself with more love and respect, don't worry about falling off the wagon now and then...and don't make up for it by starving....just be a little more careful :-)
No! Starving yourself will bring even more problems, get back on a regular day of eating healthy! If you don't eat, you'll get hungery and grap for something that may not be too good for you! Guilt has no place in your meal planning.
Love yourself for all you have accomplished, and reward yourself by eating right.

NO,NO,NO!!!!! Bad thinking there women. Starving ourselves does not help us lose. We need, we have to take in enough calories each day to make our bodies move the fat out. My weight loss doctors explained that we need to have b/w 900-1200 calories daily or our body will find a way to NOT let the fat come off.
You are setting yourself up for failure and pain. So you ate the roll. Get on with the good stuff and get back on track. Don't punish yourself anymore. Work the program. Look at how good you have been, how far you have come. You did all the right stuff to lose your weight. We stumble but don't let this make you FALL.
Plan on good food today, tasty stuff that satisfies and fills you up. Show yourself that you are in Control, Empowered, and making the right choices. NO MORE KICKING YOU. It does no good.
Today is a new day... forget about yesterday and move on.
If you use not eating as a 'punishment' for 'bad behavior' I suggest you seek somebody to speak to asap!

Today you should think..WHAT CINAMON ROLL....that happen yesterday and today is TODAY. A new day!!! We all make mistakes and we move on. I ate starburst last night then thought "what the heck" I gave them to my son and said PUT them somewhere I do not know where they are...I also bought those FF Chips and pitched them in the trash as I thought they might become a problem.
We all make mistakes but we move on so PLEASE do not be so hard on yourself.
Hugs
