I agree with Indiana, don't beat yourself up, don't let the baked, fat free or any other advertising trip you up.   Today is a new day!!

don't starve yourself. just avoid carbs for the rest of the day and eat lots and lots of protein. maybe take those boys out in the backyard for some play time or around the neighborhood for a brisk walk? it would do you ALL some good

Ange I agree with what the other person said--Do not starve yourself--You made a mistake--and so what--we are all HUMAN--so move on like it never happened and do not punish yourself!  Did that cinnamin roll make you sick at all--now if i eat something like that i have the diarhea bad!  So fogive yourelf and do not dwell on it--you will be fine--we certainly are not perfect or we would not have had to be forced into having this surgery to make us lose weight--we are weak--But i am a Christian and the Bible says that we are weak But the LORD is strong--so trust in the LORD.  You do not have to perfect hun.  You are beautiful.. Prayers--SUSIEQQ62

Today is a new day.  There is no reason to repent for yesterday, because it's gone.  Just start this new day doing things right and that's that.

I agree with the others.  Just start over -- eating healthy, keeping low on the carbs.  It'll all even out in the end. Linda

Doo doo happens!!!  You probably were/are much tougher on yourself than any of us can be.  You've already done the "beating up".  We're just here to be a friend.  Do NOT starve yourself, deep down inside you do know better.  Let me remind you of something... when you step on the scale and see pounds lost and you fill with such exuberance, excitement and pure joy...  you know those feelings right?  Did eating the cinnamon roll fill you with any of that pure happiness knowing you are doing something so good for yourself?   Now you answer that for yourself.  You haven't come this far to throw in the towel.  Get yourself a good dinner, enjoy the evening... look in the mirror and be proud of what you have done all for you.  And just love yourself Angelic!!! You just keep on keepin' on, you're doing a fine job!!!!!   :o)
