I have a couple. I love broccoli right now, I have been having it almost every day with my lunch. It is soooo good. For calcium AND protein I have two favorites. Kroger brand fat free cottage cheese. It is only 80 calories and 15g of protein in 1/2c. Also at Kroger the Carbmaster vanilla yogurt. Also 80 calories and 12g of protein which is awesome for yogurt and it helps my sweet craving.

Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal, I am in love with it and have been for a while now, its even replaced my beloved Chocolate Power Crunch bars as my favourite food.  The Cinnamon is the only flavour I like, the brown sugar one smelled sickening. Hugs Heidi
