I love the Bali bras with the underwire you can't even feel. It is hidden and absolutely doesn't hurt at all. I buy mine at Kohl's and sometimes get a wonderful sale on them. I think they are wonderful and definitely give you some oomph.
Without a doubt, the Lane Bryant Balconette bra is the best bra I've ever owned. I'm pre-op, but at a 42 H, I need all the help I can get too, and this bra delivers it.
I do want to say though, that I alwasy do a small "surgery " to my balconette bras before I wear them - I cut out the "side wire" that runs straight up under the arm pit. It's built in to provide extra lift, but for me, it alwasy pokes me in the arm pit, so I do a little wire-ectomy!! lol!!
Happy hunting!
The Cacique Balconette from Lane Bryant has been my boobie salvation too. Now I'm just about out of 38's, though, and had to go looking for 36's of a similar style. I found them at Victoria's Secret....Never thought I'd EVER spend $43 on a bra! But it's a great fit for me.
Basically, what we deflated folks tend to need is underwire, padded molded cup and full coverage.
