I finally found this yogurt and I just don't know what to do. I bought the 0% non-fat but I need some recipes. I also bought some frozen peaches but I don't know what to add to a smoothie to give me my protein. Someone help and give me some ideas.

I just bought some too and found a great sounding recipe for it,( purple cow frozen yogurt.. I will try it tomorrow and let you know how it is.  I'm subsituting the her berries for strawberries, it has white chocolate.  heres the link. http://erincooks.com/2008/07/21/purple-cow-frozen-yogurt/ oh and I am subsituting the sugar with Truvia natural sugar found at Kroger.

I use this for everything. it is the most reached for item in my refrigerator. I use it to moisten chicken salad, egg & tuna salads, seafood salad. I also make smoothies with fruit and adding unflavored protein powder.

I just cut up some fresh Strawberries or use Blueberries or Blackberries and mix it together. Delicious.

I also use it to make my own Tzatziki sauce. For a smoothie, the possibilites are endless. Frozen fruit is good too but be careful. Peaches are high in sugar! All kinds of berries are good. They are relatively low in sugar and low glycemic.

I used it in place of sour cream. Just had some chili and topped it with some. Like to make a onion dip too.

The possibilities are endlesss....

Add splenda and vanilla extract.  Mix together and enjoy with a spoon.

Add 2 heaping TB and 2 oz Frank's hot sauce to a can of canned chicken breast. Throw in a little pepper and maybe some onion or garlic powder.  Mix together and put on whole wheat crackers.

Add SF syrup.....yum.

Add to smoothies.....take 1/2 container of Fage (3 oz), toss in some ice cubes, add a half cup of milk and some frozen berries or some NSA peaches.  Add splenda or SF syrup (I like white chocolate in this one) whiz together in a magic bullet.  Add protein powder to taste to up the protein content.

Take 6 oz greek yogurt, add the juice of half a lemon, 2 oz of FF cream cheese, whiz together with some milk or water to get the consistency the way you like it.  Add splenda to taste.  Dip fresh fruit into it.  Yummo.

Good luck.

I really like the Fage with 2 TBSP of PB2 and a shot of SF vannilla syrup. I also enjoy it with homemade strawberry jelly made with splenda. I absolutely use it as others have said in place of sour cream. I have mixed it with a little powdered hidden valley ranch mix and moistened my chicken breast with it. Super yummy!
